Ugh!

When I lived in California, I loved rainy days! To sit in the house and veg and watch movies was just so relaxing! Now that I live in wyoming, it sucks big nasty, hairy you know whats!! All winter long you are stuck in the house because of the snow and negative( yes negative, like 30 below) weather. And then here comes the rain and wind! And I loved going outside in the rain in Cali! Nice and warm and rejuvinating! But here... the rain is cold!! Don't get me wrong the snow is pretty, but the novelty of it has worn off! I am begging for warm, yummy, flip flop wearing weather! I think today I might make some chicken noodle soup(from scratch, no opening up a can and calling it good) and get some work around the house done!

Just alittle something!

I love this time of year! Everything so new and bright! You just want to bake in the sun and grow things! My little Weezer man loves it too! He can finally go out side without every stitch of clothing he owns on! I just get inspired to throw out door parties with yummy BBQ's and drinks! I can't wait for tomorrow! I love preparing for events and then to see Weezer finding eggs is just so much fun!!
Then tonight I finally get to bartend! I was thinking of doing a drink called an "Easter Egg". I think I might layer HYPNOTIQ, watermelon pucker and 7up in a martini glass! Sounds like fun! Lets see if I can layer it the way I want! Well I think I have talked you ears off enough! LOL! I hope you have a wonderful Easter tomorrow and a wonderful day to day!

Early Riser!

My little Weezer man usually gets up around 7am, but not today! And he is usually laying and watching T.V. in bed with me while I wake up. (I work nights, hence the hard time waking up!) This morning he didn't wake me up! I woke up to the dogs barking in their kennels(they are naughty dogs, hence the kennels). I think hence is the word of the day! LOL! And when I went out to see why they were barking a man was in my porch at the front door looking at me! Picture this...major bed head, no real make up on, make-up that didn't want to come off slimed down my face, p.j.'s my mom gave me for Christmas that make me look like a 12 year old and then there is a guy looking at me! Ugh! I wanted to get mad!! Well after the whole deer in the headlights wore off I opened the door and said, "Helloooooo!" (still not a happy camper!) He said that he was part of the construction crew ruining my alley! Ugh! I guess the sewer has to be fixed!! And my house has to be shaken! But the funny part is I waited on him last night and I don't think he recognized me without make-up, regular clothes or my hair done! I just thought that was funny! Thanks for reading!!

Computer Problems and Martini's

It's funny I had a co-worker (my muse, Katie!!) film me making my awesome new candy inspired Martini for the contest that I am going to in ten more days!! (Weezer tickle break! So, if I go into some random topic you know why!) But my computer was serviced and now my flip program doesn't work. I have to call them again!! It really annoys me when computers don't do what you want them to!! I am so... so... so EXCITED for this martini contest! Last year I won the big prize! I got the title "Master Mixologist"!!! So, this year I probably wont win, but I know what to expect, so I can just have a blast!! And my boss is buying all of us a room and letting most of the staff that is old enough attend and support me!! This year I get friends and family to have my back! My drinks name is "Pink Secret" and it has alot to keep a secret about! OOH! LA LA! And it is pink and blue and I am doing a sexy display! I know a guy wouldn't order a pink drink willingly, but maybe the the "sexy" will win them over!! The pictures are of martini's, but not mine because I can't get my flip to work. Hopefully, in the next couple days I will figure it out so you can see the sexy-ness!! LOL!

Wow!

I was bartending last week and a guest came in and he likes to drink alot when he does come in. He doesn't come in very often, but when he does he comes in to spend a lot of money! And I like him! He is a complete smart@!# and I love people that can keep up with my dryer sense of humor! And throw it back at me! So... He walks in and as I was gearing up for a night of bantering, he suprised me! He looked at me and said, "You look happy!(in a very loud voice!) Your so much hotter!" Yeah, the hot part made me feel good, but that isn't how Iview myself. I am not hot and I don't care to be. I am me! But he wouldn't let it go. He kept telling me this all night long. And then it hit me... I am happy! I am excited for my Martini Contest(in 15 more days!) and my wonderful fiance and I are doing good, planning things and gearing up for summer! And we are just corny and I love that!! The other day we were driving home(Matt, Weezer and I) and we were just dancing and having a good time (see what I mean when I say corny!) It's awesome to be totally comfortable with someone! Then with Weezer doing so good, even though he tends to get sick alot! But I really couldn't ask for a better son! Life is GOOD! For once I feel like it couldn't get any better! And I am not saying perfect, but the bad things are what keeps things interesting! No one is perfect and why would you want to be! Now that I got alittle inspirational speaker on ya I think its time to get ready for work! I hope I didn't bore you to much! I just had a realization!!
